Dr. Gilles is delighted to be returning to her rural roots and is finding Grand Coulee to be a perfect fit. She is excited to bring her passion and expertise in eyecare to Coulee Vision Center. She has a passion for integrating holistic and medical care, she also specializes in evaluating and managing eye conditions such as cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, eye infections, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

Comprehensive Exams & Emergency Eye Exams
Thorough comprehensive eye exams to ensure that the visual system is healthy.
We provide services for the following emergency eye exams:
-Eye Infections
-Foreign Object in eye
-Scratches caused by foreign objects
-Sudden changes to vision or vision loss,
flashes of lights or floaters.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest ER location
Ocular Health Management
Continued monitoring and treatment of glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetes, high blood pressure and autoimmune disorders.

Coulee Vision offers a wide range of spectacles and contact lenses to fit any style, and budget needs.
